How much would you pay?

how much would pay for an 03' Evo with a little more than 109,000 miles on it. It's listed at $15,900 from Stafford Auto Sales. I was just wondering if it would even be worth it. Also when do the turbos go out on them?

I'd still take a high mileage evo over an SRT-4 anyday. But anyhow, you could probably score an 03-04 VIII for a few grand more with half the mileage.

In the case of that car, the turbo might be on it's way out, but I'm sure you can find a used one on here for very cheap to replace it.

My turbo/O2/manifold combo is available for sale if you decide to pick it up

Stafford Auto? Stafford, VA? If so, I'm right around the corner!

well I was debatin between an srt-4 and this evo but not really sure. I mean forget the cost to mod both but I'm lookin more at the mileage of this evo like what can I expect. I kno it had to be spanked tha sh** out of for it to have twice the average mileage per year..and on top of that ppl are going to ask why pay that much for an evo with that many miles when you can get a couple other things for that much.

A low miles srt-4 cost around the same and a brand new scion tc can be had for the same amount. I almost vowed to never look at a tc because it looks like a females car and everytime I see one there is a female driving it. But at the same time I have seen some YouTube vids that show a tad bit of potential for them.

So idk i'm torn between the three:
srt-4-most can be had with low miles and good aftermarket support

Evo- it is an evo which is a factor but reliability comes into play with all tha damn miles for such a high price

Scion Tc-brand new car-but I'm not aware of performance aftermarket support and it's somewhat of a females

So help me out here. for anyone saying go with the evo what can I expect for something with that many miles..?

You can't really compare the three but obviously the evo is the better car. I would look at an 03-04 for a few more grand and most likely it's already modded with a lot less miles. If you can't afford it then you should look at a WRX IMO. There better than any neon or tc.

I would buy an Evo over a SRT-4 any day! I saw that Evo and it is in great looking condition....But like everyone else has said you can find one a few grand more with less miles on it. I know I have but my buddy told me to stop looking because he doesn't want to get one right now. G/L

DEF look around. Save up some more, then you'll be in good hands with other evos here.
