Cool, I take 210 to work M-F. I prefer to stay off 228 because of the State Troopers plus my Evo loves the back roads. I installed all my crap on my car and its pretty easy. I wouldn't pay anyone to do anything on this car besides a clutch job. I usually raced up at Buds Creek on Friday nights. Theres a big import race there this Saturday. Should be a few Evos there.

And to think I thought I was the only Evo terrorizing 210 with my Wing at 55mph. Nice to know their are kindred spirits out this way. I guess modding is easy for the auto mechanically inclined. For me, I'd never pay anyone to do any of my technology upgrades or implementations because of my know how.

Maybe you can help me learn my way around Evo modification. Ah so much to learn so little time to learn. I suspect my excitement with this car will give me the reason I need to really tinker under the hood of a car instead of inside someone's data center and computer hardware.

Anyways, I'll add you to my buddy list and we can PM on details to coordinate and mini meet and greet if we miss each other at any DCEvoClub meets in the near future.

My schedule is very flexible because I work from home mostly and only travel locally less than half the week to customer sites and I normally schedule that after rush hour. Otherwise I'm on a plane somewhere. So I can swing by just about anywhere given enough time ahead for planning.

Don't know much about you since your profile is somewhat incomplete but if you can, like Apursel suggested, come on out to the CrossRoads. If it rains, I still may drop by also as well. We had a club Skyline cruise back on the 24th the was cool.

I'd like to also make a run out to buds creek as well and see whats up.

Regards,

Chris can be my consultant of sorts

And I'll look over yours and every other shoulder I can because I really do need to become DIY'er.

But I will pay for good service I can't provide to myself!

Where the heck is the technical manual for the Evo? Where does a guy go in getting started in learning to do his own mods?

We will have to get together here locally. Let me know if your want to go to MIR. We can ride down together.

Sounds like a plan then. How often do you go to the track and what is your schedule?
