Performance Shop References in MD/VA?

Hello, newbie here. Originally from Bmore county, but currently in japan. I wonder if anyone knows of anybody or any tuning shops around the MD DC area who has the know how to do the engine swaps and conversions with EVOs. I have an EVO I, and I'm hoping to do a 1993 Mitsubishi Mirage - Evo I conversion. Any info's greatly appreciated. Thanks!
