Guaging interest in MD Mitsu meet

I was wondering if there was any interest in having a DSM meet here at Agile Automotive Performance in the coming weeks? It would be a good chance to meet all the other Mitsu drivers in the area and see what kind of numbers they're putting down. I was thinking that one of the first Saturdays in Dec would be good but I'm open to change to ideas. We have an in house 2WD/AWD Dynapack dynamometer w/ wideband o2 so we can get baselines and see how badass people's rides are. Let me know what ya'll think.

I'm in.

I don't have a DSM, but I have an EVO.

I guess price will depend on how many people show, but do you have a ballpark figure?

If we get 1 to 9 cars we will charge $90 for AWD/ $60 2WD baseline runs(you get three), or if we get 10 or more we'll charge $70 for AWD/$40 2WD baseline runs.

like i stated before, might have more luck posting at the local club, i can almost bet, that there will be more than 10 so $70 is very attainable

I might could work this in the schedule!

Would be even more interesting if we could get maybe Dynoflashboy there to tune up some cars He mentioned coming down to MD area for a tuning session but I haven't heard anything else from him...

I'm interested and would participate. Like one of the others in the thread I'd like to get a reflash/dyno tune at the same time. I think Dynoflash had trouble lining up the Maryland dyno when there was a suggestion a couple of weeks ago for a tuning visit.

Even if the tuning couldn't happen I'd still like to get some baseline runs and maybe put on an axleback.

Date

The next open Saturday we have at Agile is November 29th. I know it's kinda far away but that should give us enough time to get the word out and for you to free up your schedules. We'll make sure to have some free food on hand like hotdogs, chips and drinks. When it gets a little closer to the 29th I'll put up a sign up so that we can make a list of who wants to get on the dyno. That way when people start showing up we'll have some order to the madness.
We are located on the off the north side of 695. Go around 695 East or West which ever is closer for you. Get off on I-83 North and go a few miles to Padonia Rd and exit heading east(go right). Go three lights up to Rt 45 York Rd and turn left. Go thru two lights then look to the left for the Speed Shop sign on the side of the road. We are set back off the raod in a green building with white doors. Look for the Good Fortune Chinese food joint right in front of our shop. They have a huge, square, yellow sign behind ours. If you're coming from the north just come down I 83 and get off at Padonia and make a left. Then follow the same way as above.

PS I have emailed the local Evo club but have not gotten any word from them yet.
