Trading my SRT for an EVO

hey guys jus wondering if there is anything i should look at when purchasing an evo...as the title says im trading in my SRT for an EVO...they have always been my dream car and i wanna make sure i get one thats not been dogged on tooo much or one not worth buying ...thanks for any advice

Srt4 is wayyyyy faster than an evo. What the heck is wrong with you mang?!?! Ask any srt dooder for real mang.

When test driving, check for transfer case whines, transmission grinds, no load knocks in the motor, check axel seals see if their leaking, then just body of the car. You could also do a compression check, that would be wise.

Pretty basic mechanicals of the car. i mean hell its an evo. everything probaly going to get upgraded anyway. lmao.

everyone else is being a bunch of douche bags because they know damn well search is garbage because people like them never filling in any answers just posting for the sake to get another post to tell you to look elsewhere. (rant over)
pretty much what tarmac said tho, drive it listen for all the odd noises and clunks make sure everything works properly clutch isnt slipping ect..

check the engine too make sure all the parts are either stock or actual aftermarket parts not just some temporary parts. Like the turbo lines on mine ended up being some rubber ones and they melted and leaked coolant all over!! Didnt see it when i bought the car was 400 dollars i didnt need to spend!

Haha WOW Frankie...you weren't kidding about parting out your SRT!!! Finally getting into the darkside son son!!! Oh yea its Erik always with Joe and suki. "short hawaiian" you member haha...if you really want one i'll find you one.

yea son i aint kno you had an evo!!! but yea if you can find a silver 06 non MR ill get it...the 2 i found got sold and the second one sold just before i could get to my bank and pick up the check..ish sucks

Haha, yes sir...since I used to own my civic back in the day I sold that for an STI when I was in college then for 2 yrs sold that to buy an evo. Their fun cars and its fun when you just hook when you leave that line. Instead of spinning the whole time. But i'll look for a AS 9 for you. I know theirs a lot in MD or DE where 1's forsale.
