2005 SPS Novice School

The Novice school is geared to the driver who has little of not previous
solo experience. Officially we restrict entry to drivers who have run less
than five events. We cover how a solo event works in a brief classroom
session, then follow that with personal in-car instruction from local solo
drivers. Our focus is to establish good habits to build on during the rookie
season. Think of it as Autocross 101.

The school will be Saturday April 2 at UMB with a regional autocross the
following day. Cost is $55 per the website link below. Information will

I really wanna go, but I think I have a wedding that day. It's out of town, so if it is, I can't make it to the school.

I'd still like to make the actual event on Sunday if possible. You going to do the event too I'm assuming?

I believe the School itself was cancelled/rescheduled. But isn't the Autocross itself still going on Saturday and Sunday this weekend @ UMB??

 

The novice school has been rescheduled but a dat has yet to be set. The first autocross has been moved back to April 24 at Gateway International. Chrysler extended their contract to store cars at UMB and when that's up, they plan on resurfacing the parking lot, so it wont be a viable venue for a while.

 

I guess that's good, I have a wedding all day Saturday this weekend anyways, so I was booked.
