Im know a couple of you guys are wondering what happend to me lastnight. I was asked by my attorney to type up my side of the story for when I have to present my case. So here is the just of it, you'll have to excuse my grammar and spelling b/c i am on no sleep right now...
Events that took place on Tuesday September 9th in the AM
Tuesday in the am, 4 friends, Lorenzo Cataldo, Alisha Olson, Eric Sanchez, Danny Fischer and myself went to Oneida casino after a Monday night football game. After having a couple drinks and loosing my money at the craps table I went to go find my other 4 friends. I approached the blackjack table where 2 of my friends were sitting and they told me that Lorenzo was taken out side by security.
I walked out side to see what happened and there stood a police officer and a couple security guards from the casino. Lorenzo filled me in on what was happening. The Officials at the casino apparently saw Lorenzo in his car in the parking smoking marijuana. I asked how they found that info and they stated from a security camera. Not leaving a friends side and still respecting the authority of local officials I waited to see the outcome of the situation. An officer came and ordered the other officer to bring me a side and “talk” to me. Coming from a family with an attorney I then told the officer that I know my rights and I will not be talking to them without my attorney present. They still proceeded to grab me and pull me aside to interrogate me.
I took my cell phone out of my pocket to call my uncle who is an attorney, at that point the officer who wanted to talk to me saw my phone and tried to take it from my hand as I was telling him that I was calling my attorney. Not letting go of the phone he then called for the other officers that showed up and they proceeded to throw me on the ground and threaten to “tazer” and pepper spray me if I didn’t stop moving. At that point I was face first on the ground as they handcuffed me and put me in the back of a squad car. I asked repeatedly what I was being arrested for and they told me disorderly conduct.
Never being arrested in my life I didn’t know the scenario and the “booking” process. When I showed up at the station they made me give them all of my belongings, even my shoes and socks. At that point not giving me an option they made me take a breathalyzer test. After taking my photo and fingerprints I waited to make my phone call which is what I originally was doing in the first place. By the time I was able to make the call Lorenzo, Eric, Alisha, and Danny, already paid the bail money to get me out. Lorenzo was issued a ticket for possession of marijuana.
I still do not know why I was arrested and why they used physical force on me. I have contacted my attorney who is now trying to get the security tapes from the casino which will more than prove that I did nothing wrong. Hopefully there will be some justice from this as cops shouldn’t be assaulting and arresting citizens just for knowing there rights.

Yeah, what's crazy about all of that is if the officer had a problem with you having your phone he should have either asked to see it or for you to put it away instead of grabbing to take it out of your hand.
They would have a hell of a time taking my $400+ phone from my kung fu grip. I wouldn't risk them snatching it with their trigger friendly dick beaters without them asking for it.

Dyno challenge and car show at nagel auto body
we have scheduled our 2008 dyno challenge for the weekend of September 12-14, 2008. our sponsors include Nagel auto body, Kilpatrick engine & transmission, and motorsport machine services.
the dyno hours will be as follows:
Friday, September 12, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 13, 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
sunday, September 14, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
The rates will be: $80.00 for cars (3 pulls), $20.00 additional for diesel, and $20.00 additional for air/fuel ratio.
There will also be food and drinks for purchase.
We had a great turnout of cars and people last year, including a lot of BCM members. hopefully this year will be even better.

CERN is firing up the LHC particle accelerator today to watch the collision of particles.
Science is so ****ing cool. I just hope they find something over the next couple years from analyzing all of the data.
