I saw some shots at a few forums today - looks like its called the D80. Bigger LCD screen and better than the D70, should be a great camera.

 

They had 2 silver and 1 red one that had a bad clutch. They also had a black 05 STi as well. I don't know why so many were traded in at the same time by different people. Someone must have had the hookup on a trade in value for that many to be traded in at one place at the same time. I'm curious myself. The sales guy and the used car manager tried to get me to buy one when they seen me pull up in my Black Evo weeks ago.

 

Well today I went to Thompson with one of my buddies who has a bike. Overall it was a pretty good night. He finally ran a 10.9@129. We got about 5 runs in which was cool, but my launches were far from steller.

My best time is in the sig V Reaction time, haha. It was braket racing to I forgot that I had to go first

Oh just an FYI, the stock clutch does not like the 6k 2-step, haha, I actually got worse 60fts due to the clutch slipping a bit.. Time to upgrade!

What clutch are you going to upgrade to? Triple disk carbon?

I know I know i'm going to need a couple more parts to dip into high 11's. I will be at Thompson again next Wednesday trying for my next goal of 12.2

Thanks, no it's was pretty dead. We got about 5 runs each.

I'll be upgrading to the ACT Xtreme Duty Clutch Kit which holds (636ft/lbs).

Damn, I didn't know they had 2 silver ones F/S there. I did see the Red one after they put in a new clutch. I took it for a test drive and hoses started popping off everywhere. I'm thinking the dealer didn't tighten the hose clamps very well after changing the clutch, funny thing was they wanted to say it was from me ragging on it. So FYI, I wouldn't recommend buying from them, they are friggin retards/dicks. I sent another friend as a referral to potentially look at the red evo and they treated him like complete crap.

 

Bruno, how long were you guys there? Dead and 5 runs doesn't sound like much if you were there for at least a couple hours.

Do you know how the daily driveability of the Xtreme Duty Clutch will be?

I will interested in joining you guys next week if I can get my car back together by then.

I think you'll be running pretty low 12s once you drop your 60 fts to around 1.7-1.8....

 

Dunno what people are doing this weekend but i'll be at the new boneyard in mayfield tonight around 7:30. if people are bored, come out...
