Matt at slicks inerted spacers under the lower arm bars
problem was solved

Dave, I should have eveything you need from my one wrecked headlight. The only part that is broken is the clear plastic lens cover.

Back to the catless vs. environment topic:

I admire those who care about the pollution caused by running catless. But for others who just simply want to get past e-check, they no longer perform sniffer test on OBD-II cars. As long as you don't throw any codes, and you have some kind of resonator that "looks" like it could be a cat, you'll pass.

ditto, when i switched catbacks I had some rubbing on the lower arms...dropped in a couple of spacers on each touchpoint and there was plenty of clearance.

ditto, when i switched catbacks I had some rubbing on the lower arms...dropped in a couple of spacers on each touchpoint and there was plenty of clearance.
I have a TBE with h/f cat on both the Evo and Eclipse.

hmm..i wonder if this is the cause of my buzzing sound... i don't think it is, but maybe i should get the car on a lift and check next time..

I get a buzzing sound at idle and low rpm. Well then i might have to head up to the ol shop and have him make me some.

As for the polution, I think there is way more out there from the facories and buses and all kind of crap, that us running without cat. wouldn't be a big deal. Though if everyone took off their cat. - we'd be getting a nice tan from the sun in few years , I doubt that it's a good thing
