How does the bov ruin the MAF?

 

No actually it wasn't me this time What happened is she has an aftermarket IC piping and a stock intake -- Mazda says that the IC piping was rubbing against the MAF which caused it to go bad. I'm still having doubts...but...eh what can you do? So we have the part on order and more than likely will be taking the aftermarket IC piping out and replacing it with the stock parts -- unless we can find a decent aftermarket intake that isn't too terribly expensive.

 

it cant be that expensive, I"m sure you could find a used one.

 

Yeah I was speaking to the seller today regarding our issue -- he thinks he can find a used Injen intake for it -- so it may not be so bad after all.

I like them. Considering they are the first set I've ever had. They are a lot better than the H-tecs I had on.

 

OK I am leaving for my training on the 22nd. I would like everyone to meet up this friday the 20th at D&B at about 8pm. Bring the kids and the family. We can all play, eat and drink, as I will not be back in Cincy until the 27th of april.

I live in West Carrollton and I have seen 3 Evo's. I have seen a black one parked on the side of the road on Gebhart Church road, a blue one around the mall area (looks lowered, bov, exhaust, always clean), and a yellow one at Panera Bread this weekend. Anyone on here?

 

I'm going to try and make it, but I have a game at 8:30 so I won't be up there any earlier than 10.
