Im up for the meet. I should be back in town by Sunday evening.

 

I'll be heading up there...I grew up about 45 minutes due east. I'll be meeting up with my hometown pals - one of which recently finished a 4g63 conquest build. I probably won't be doing the hotel thing but I'll probably head up either Friday night or Saturday morning and return on Sunday evening.

It is worth the trip. Let me know if you would like to cruise up together.

 

Me and my wife will be leaving around 8 or 9 in the morning on Saturday. I'd be up for heading to Buschurs together.

 

I'm heading up on Sunday and coming back Sunday night unless something good goes on Saturday. I thought all the good races are on SUnday??

 

Its always a good time to head up to Buschurs on saturday to check out all the cars and watch some dyno pulls. All the racing is Sunday although this year I think they're do a combo of autox and drag for one class. Not sure if its going on both days.

 

Brad....got any ideas on how to seal the oil drain tube on the turbo? Mine likes to leak. Replaced both gaskets (upper and lower) and it still leaks. Yes, I checked the tightness of the bolts...they are tight.

 

I like to put a thin layer of black RTV on both sides of the gasket. Ive also had to replaice the washers they use on the bolts b/c they have a rubber seal on the inside of the washer (im sure you've seen what im talking about). Mine have leaked from there before. I would never question you on whether or not the bolts were tight. That would be the last thing to cross my mind.

You planed this the same weekend as the Shoot out. I would imagine that most evo owners in this area will be there.
