For the electrical question....The VIII and IX have 2 fuse boxes. One is under the hood near the air filter. The other is bihind the knee panel of the driver directly behind the cubby or dimmer switch depending on your model. You will have to get your head down into the footwell to see it.
I would assume that your problem though, is the fuses under the hood. When you pull the cover off of the fuse box you will see a grouping of 2 fuses inside a yellow plastic holder. The only way to remove these is to pull up on the yellow cover until it pulls both fuses out. Then you have to use needle nose plyers to pull each fuse out individually. I assume your blown fuse will be one of thes 2 fuses. Especially if your rear wiper does not work.
It is a common problem if your car as any kind of short to ground. This happens usually when aftermarket stereo equipment is installed.
Hope this helps.

I feel you Timmy. Mine gets driven, but not much. I am more anxious to build up my Jeep and go play in the mud. At least then my family can go with me. The Evo scares the hell out of my wife.

Last night i saw a sneak preview of Fast Five in Newport. Great Movie. Not trying to ruin it for you guys, but watch it through the credits at the end. Prob 90% of the audience left. Something crazy is revealed.
