I'm the biggest ***** in Dayton, if you talk to me I will laugh in your face .

I'm just playing, sounds to me like you've found some douche bag evo owners. The colors you've mentioned I don't think I've seen. I haven't met anyone with a red one. Before deploying I saw a yellow and a white (I think the guy works on base). The guys I know are all pretty cool. Hopefully when I get back from this beach that has no ocean near it I'll get a chance to meet some of the new guys.

i think the ones you mentioned probably hang out at Xtreme Auto Parts (or whatever that place is called )

i think i know the black evo owner you're talking about, and i would have to agree with you on that one, as for the red one, i haven't seen any red ones in dayton, and the only blue one i know of is another guy named gary, and yeah i haven't seen him around in a long time.

03evo8: i did steal it.....its just too funny not to share it with others

The guy with the red one(Bad_Red on the plates) on my side of town basically stole it out from under me. It was the first Evo to come in at Walker Mitsu and I was on my way to pick it up and another greedy salesman sold it while I was on the highway from Trotwood. Anyway, guess I'll meet you when you get back. I hope the local guys are nicer than some of the d*cks that trash my threads on the forum.

Performance Mitsubishi is the #1 EVO dealer in the US. They have sold more than any other dealer. The trophys in the dealership speak for themselves.

ANYWAY!!!

You all need to come on down for the meet.....Post up if you are coming. If all goes as planned....the SPARCO evo will be there.

That is where I bought mine as well (TB). I told the guy from Cali that Performance was the top and he started a poll on the forum to try to prove me wrong.

Wait a minute, what meet? When and where? As long as people aren't getting hammered and showing thier a**es. I don't get down like that any more (too old for that). Directions? Somebody finally bought the Sparco Evo?

Yeah I know. Can't help it. Between tearing down my Evo to put a new clutch and flywheel in by myself on my garage floor and lack of sleep over the last week from doing it, yeah I'm behind on everything in life right now. Or maybe it's from getting old and senile while in my 30's. LOL

Oh well.

P.S.
Mark, I forgot you wanted to know how the new clutch and flywheel felt when I got done. Well it is like night and day from the stock and I love it. I hope the fluids do the job I chose though(BG Synchroshift-tranny , Royal Purple Max Gear 75W90 in tranfer case and rear diff). Feels much much quicker from what I can tell so far.

How about getting together for a drive or two this weekend guys here in Dayton. My schedule is open all weekend now (Fri-Sun).

Later

Ah, I should have known. You've got a bad case of the Geezeritis! j/k LOL

Good to hear that you got the clutch in and all is good. I just passed 50K this last weekend, my clutch is starting to show its age as well. I am not looking forward to putting a new one in!

Man, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever done!! Not something to be done by yourself on a garage floor.

If you do decide to do it, have at least three friends to help. I had to have my wife man, I mean woman the jack to help me get the tranny in and out.
