you better posts your time as soon as get back....I am very interested to see. I have to live vicariously through you other fast evo owners. The weather should hold and be nice and cool enabling you for some better runs.

I would join you if I had my new clutch broken in.

I'll keep the fourm updated as the evening progresses. Allen will be in touch with me for engine management support/tuning during the night, and I'll relay whats happening back to the forum.

Update:

Some unforseen issues surfaced while using the 2-Step launch control. We're calling it a night and going to troubleshoot it later this week. At this time I'm going to leave it at that. If Allen cares to ellaborate further on the issue.. Thats fine.

We're both extremely upset this surfaced at the track. Just a few hours before the races, the car was put through its paces to verify no issues were present (and there never has been any, so why would there be now?? )

Until next time...

I heard you left pretty early? Why didn't you turn it off and just try a few passes without the launch control?

I had talked to another guy, with the 2.3 stroker, and he was having the same problem without using the UTEC launch control. I also was pretty frustrated at the time and didn't want to break anything. I guess this is what happens when you play this game.
