It rained at one a few months ago...the slightest bit of rain they'll delay and/or cancel the races

 

i'ma call up today before I go...the thing is...all the raining is over for today...it was early morning when it hit most had. It's gonna be sunny in the 80s when gates open at 6pm.

i'm crossing my fingers, cuz i really don't want to miss this event.

 

This time it will be alot better. Im am part of concept-r car club that hosts the car shows out there and this time we are standing down to let a team called street worriors take over and there are bringing the penthouse barley legal girls out for a swimsuit comp. and they have alot of other thing we don't normally have. so hope to see you there. it starts at 3 and ends at 10pm.

 

I went.. I had fun....some nice cars...along with some of the typical....I ran my car a few times....overall it was a good event better than rsd!

 

ooh what color was your car? All the evos I saw kept on getting beat, even the AMS white Evo. But overall my first experience there I had a blast. I went with my girl and she really enjoyed it very much.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to see the Penthouse girls dance for obvious reasons but for once I enjoyed a car show/race for what it really is...which was cars..and it was great! There was only one dragster there that ran 7's and that was amazing. If I go back to GLD, I'm gonna hit up the Dragster events!
