MLC (MidwestLancerClub) Members Well, I was in GrandRapids today and I meet up with Evolunchbox
at the Fox Mitsu-Dealership.. Well I got there befor he did cause he was on his way to get the License Plate for his awsome Evo...
Anyway, I started talking to a guy name Tim, about our club and our meets along with us needing sponsership from some company. He mentioned to me how he wants his Franchise to get into what we are into .. with putting performance mods on cars and body-kits... (this is from dealership) It turns out he was the Genral Manager and is intrested in sponsering our club... So he and I talked for about 2 hours on plans, requirements and carshows...
He and I talked about Web desighn and all sorts of things...Fox Mitsubishi has 12 different franchises and is willing to back our club FULLY.... he and I discussed eventually Moding a few of our cars out and putting them into shows with an officail Mitsu Sponser logo hanging above our cars...
-Also, during a couple of our meets they said they would send Representives from their company to com and talk with us on, what kind of things and ideas they have for themselves and listen to our ideas and thoughts...
there could be a couple different groups they would sponser for us... For instance: The normal Lancers( they might have a couple of us Moded out for SHOW only, then a couple for Racing our cars)
then in the EVO catagory, a couple for SHOW and a couple for racing too)
So all of us in the club that are dedicated to MLC have potiental for some serious action in where we go with the club!
it will be about 2 months befor any major actions happen, but when it does we need to have our end of the bargin all 2gether..
we need commities, meeting locations and dates for meets down and set in stone!!!

woooohoooo awesome job DJ!!!!!! Man I'm soo glad to hear that! All this talk about EVO this EVO that...its just soooo frikkin unfair that THEY get all the sponsorship, free deals, discount whatevers and WE regular lancers always get the short end of the stick! i got the kdc-215s from a couple years ago, not on my lancer, but that thing is pretty cool. about the vents..did u put vents on your hood or are u talking about something else? how about some pictures? anyways, it's sounding pretty cool so far!
