I am typing this from my treo 700 so if I fat finger anything too bad.

I could add all the msging nicks to the list, everyone would have to forward that info to me.

it would probably be easier to just have everyone use the same msging app because not all of them msg between each other.

I am markeddy998 on msn msgr. just so you know.

What does everyone think?

I would recommend works shift knobs if they have them.

I've got the Greddy one and it's pretty nice. But it's kinda cold to hold in the winter time without gloves. I got it for 30 bucks used on the sale forums so you might check out the sale forums because 30 bucks is reasonable for a shift knob.

I wish I would have been up there in an empty parking lot last night. Looks like it could have been some sweet drifting action!

I could do just that but would need some help with the financial end of it through member contributions, and donations. also would need some mods etc so all of us evo owners could work together here in mn if you would like . I think total cost would be few hundred bucks per year, and that could be covered by sponser companies. I know a little in the background of it , but it takes some work.

hey guys,
yesterday my cousin brought his 2006 sti with blizzaks over and wanted to go driving with my evo but i do not have snow tires so we set off in his ride and i do not know but it was the first time i sat in an sti besides test driving the thing...man that things pulls harder than my evo or so i felt like it did, maybe because i was the passenger. I told him, let the snow melt and i'll take you for a ride in my IX and you can judge...but yeah my evo's going to be asleep for quite a while since there snow and ice on the eoad, i pray that the sun will melt away the snow so that me and my evo will ride again hahaha.....oh yeah guys my msn is lilo_lonestar24@hotmail.com I haven't change my email account since middle school peace!

It always feels faster in the passenger seat because your NOT in control and driving.

Your IX will beat his STi without a problem, don't worry.

Do you guys get oversteer or understeer when turning? I've got the Kumho ASX all seasons and boy does it like to do that. I would have my steering wheel turneed all the way in one direction but my car keeps going in the other. This mostly happens when i'm in a higher gear than I should be like going 15-20mph in 3rd gear and trying to turn. This has caused me to hit the curb once this winter already and it was expensive to fix. I assuming my winter tires suck.

Throw some blizzak lm-22 or preferably ws-50s on that EVO and don't worry any more.

I oversteer when going into the corner, you should be doing that without much problem.

I could help as well. I have dreamweaver, but it would just a little bit of refreshing my memory with html. It would be a little bit of work and we'd have to pick out the forum design we want. We'd also have to be on our feet before we started attracting site sponsors, but I just think it would be cool to have a more unqiue smaller site for us MN guys like SoCalEvo.net.

When I was in the process of ordering my car my sales rep and I had the discussion between WS-50's and LM-22's. Basically it came down to the fact that he didn't think we got enough snow to get the full benefit out of WS-50's because there are times when the roads are clear in the winter. He said that the WS-50's will wear down really fast on dry pavement. Originally I wanted to get the WS-50's but he said that for the best tire life in this area LM-22's would do just fine as long as they were switched out with summer tires before it starts getting to warm.

Mark I also tried adding you to my MSN, not sure if it worked or not, but I don't see you on there. What is your hotmail address?

I got mine from tirerack.com through the dealership. I believe I got them for around 500. Sounds like I got ripped now!
