*** Minnesota EVO Owners ***
Hi guys, I live in Ramsey and plan on buying a IX MR in the next month or so. I may have met some of you when Al was in town tuning last summer. I was with some of the 3S guys (driving a black 95 talon).
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has some stock rims for sale? I'm looking for something cheap to mount some slicks on. I'd eventually want to go wider but for now I want the rims to fit my Talon as well and I think 17x9 and up is pushing it for a DSM.

I'm in the next town over(Andover) from you. Look in the for sale forums for these wheels because they go for cheap on there. You can probably get a set for around 400 or less shipped.

I'd sell mine, but I'm keeping them for my winter tires. However after the summer i'm probably selling my advans since I'm planning on getting some Works XT-7's
Anyone have 18x9 wheels? How do they fit and what offset did you get?

The WS-50s wear just fine. Just don't drive on them for EXTENDED periods of time in warm (above 40 degree weather).
If you use them seasonally until about the last couple weeks in March you should get 2 winter seasons out of them without any problem.
Mine look great after only 8000 miles and stop great on ICE and pulled me easily through the deep stuff in my driveway or anywhere else for that matter in 10" like a hot knife through butter.
I had a set of WS-50's for my 2003 MazdaSPEED protege and I could have easily gotten 2 seasons out of those also.
They are a superior tire to the lm-22 also.

I had to stop at BP today because of all the ICE/SNOW packed in my wheels that was caused my steering to shimmy/shake pretty bad. I found out today that the BP Amoco on Highway 96 by the Caribou Coffee has 93 Octane!!!
Rock on!!!
Just thought I would share my discovery since this is the 1st BP I have seen that offers 93 octane by me.

Why is it that every gas station I go to down here in La Crosse has 93 and it's like a mission to find 93 in the cities?

Yeah but they also get to chose from 4 head units, 2 navi systems. Volk Wheels. Carbon Fiber and metal trims. Like 4 different shift knobs. The list goes on! I wish we could have all these extra features available to us without having to find them and order them from a 3rd party.
