No... not really into them anymore. I'm looking more at a new 4G Eclipse Spyder or a 350Z convertible

 

the indoor raceway souds cool. i think u can just chill at the bar or pooltables and not race if u dont want. but i understand that cookouts and hang outs are cheap so everyone can join in.
regardless of what we do count me in. i am new to chicago area and am happy to see whats around and meet interesting people.

 

why convertible?

 

Never had one and like them, especially when we have awesome weather in Chicago

yeah, i dont trust them in deep deep snow. unless its a hard top...

 

I've never been to an AutoCross. No one down here does it (that I know) and I don't want to go alone the 1st time and wonder around lost like a chicken with its head cut off.

 

SO ITS THE 20TH THEN.... Just because people need to request off.. i figured we needed a date asap.. If this is a major no for majority we can push it back to the next weekend.. but let's set it in stone by tonight please..



Anyway ive been wanting to try CIR too but when I called the lady last time for the last meet she said we shouldnt even try because they usually are sold out and we wouldn't get everyone a chance to race... so if we go.. its might be some people racing and the rest watching... whats everyones view on this... the price for renting the track was insane and it wouldn't even guarantee us all time to race... Major Bummer..

So far ideas are : BBQ - Gurnee or by the lake , NW IN drive and eat, CIR, Take over the world..

Anyone know anyone with a boat? lol

 

5/20 still looks pretty good for me. I'd say a BBQ or the NW indiana thing, especially if we can get the indy people out
