Chicago Indoor Racing
I went cart racing at this place on Saturday for my friend's 40th birthday party http://www.chicagoindoorracing.com/ . It's a warehouse in Buffalo Grove about the size of a Costco or a Sams Club. We should have one of our Evo meets at that place and race against each other. It was a lot of fun! Anybody else been there?
Been there a few times, it is awesome.
Can be a bit pricey for those of you on government cheese, and withdrawl can be a &!8@#, if you are really into it. But I think it is worth every penny.
I would say five races to really make it worth the time, (15 lap races) and a minimum of ten people. Then we call them and set up a date.

Sounds good to me, and I agree, you will be very sore after a few races.
Now someone just needs to make the idea official. If they so desire.

I will float the idea a few months from now. Our meets this time of year should be outside. We can do this when it's cold outside instead of standing around in some parking lot when it's sub zero.
I also told myself that even though it was cool it wasn't something I would do more than once a year. Why spend $100 when I own an Evo? I could almost buy a vortex generator for $100!

Good Point. Check out EnJaNir's post about the place in Wisconsin. It looks to be, 20 times as large as CIR's tracks. He!! they needed to take an airial photograph to capture it in one image.
