NE / IA Region -- RobiSpec to Omaha

Howzit All,

Who's interested in bringing RobiSpec to Omaha (or vicinity) to help us get the most out of our Evo suspensions? Robert Fuller knows his stuff and could perfect your stock setup or equip you with a full-on, track-proven race suspension.

I've already placed an order for a custom set of his KW Competition Clubsports, and I'm eager to get them installed. Check out his Website for a list of his products and services, then contact him to learn what's best for you. Robi will handle installation and alignment as long as we share the cost of his travel.

Time and place will be determined once we have an idea of the level of interest and what works with everyone's schedule. Off hand, I was thinking Friday, August 25th. That would also give us a chance to participate in an open track day at MidAmerica Motorplex on Saturday.

Let's hear your thoughts.

I believe all it will take to bring Robi is either 2 KW installs or 3 basics or equivalent. Of course, the more people the better since we'll split the cost of his return flight.

absolutely.

i need to check into his services some more. i don't have much ambition for track, but i do enjoy spirited street driving.

will he set up a set of bilstein pss9's, or does he merely stick with what he sells?

Honestly, I'd ask him. I'm sure he's dealt with PSS9's and can tell you what he thinks is best for an aggressive street setup.

i'll keep an eye on this thread, and see where it goes. i'll give him a shout as well, and talk him up some about what he can do for me.

The cost for people is for whatever you want done as listed below, plus the contribution towards setting up the event. The menu (all prices inlcude parts, labor, and shipping):

1. Espilir GT Springs ($400)
2. Rear Sway-Bar ($250)
3. Rear Bushings ($175)
4. Rear Bump Steer Correction ($195)
5. Roll Fenders to fit 275 tires ($300)
6. Custom Alignment ($180)
7. Corner Weighing ($250)

These were some prices given to us when Robispec came to MN....I missed out but man I am thinking of trying to get on your guys list for the basic setup.....I will keep checking this thread to see how it is going!

Don't know your setup other than the Pss9s but I would suggest rear bar, bush, bump steer and aggressive street alignment/cornerweight (easy on the tires)...

speedomodel check received...

Excellent.

doublewide: you and anyone else from MN is welcome to come down for this. BTW, the open track day at MAM that I mentioned is organized by the FindTheLine crew, and I believe they're from MN.
