Is this for sure going to be on labor day weekend? I might be interested in coming up to get some KW's, GC camber plates, alignment, corner balanceing, and endlinks installed.

Warm bed waiting for you, Robert. I even hooked up a TV for you... Let me know whether you want to come straight here or stop at Omaha

So, what is the final list of people definitely getting work done by Robi ? This would be great for him to know and us others as well. He is supposed to be in DSM or Omaha on Sunday, September 3rd, 2006. I will start the list:

Compjoc (Kansas City)
Speedomodel (Omaha)
EvoIXMR (Des Moines)

I will call and check in with Robert this weekend to confirm what his plans are.

NE, KC, MN folks - In the event you guys come down to DSM, I live off I-80/I-35 (it is all 1 interstate when it runs through West DSM). Please PM me for directions in the next week or so or as we get closer to the date.

I need installation of KW's, front GC camber plates, and rear GC pillowball mounts as well as an alignment. I might also get my fenders rolled.

Okay so what's the story? I'm lagging, and I'd love to get an alignment, rear bar, and swift springs installed on Amy's IX MR...

SLACKER lol.....;-)

Please get the basic the total effect is greater than all the little bits alone...rear bump steer and rear trailing arm really help the back to be as precise as the front...$1200.00 ready to roll to FTD....

compjoc - If you read this, clear out your PM box, I cannot reply to you.

We have 4 days left, I need a final count of how many people are getting their cars worked on.

Compjoc (Kansas City)
Speedomodel (Omaha)
EvoIXMR (Des Moines)

Robert

1) Can you get all 3 cars done in a day? Like I said, no hurry - you can stay a day or 2 if you'd like.

2) Also, hope you have the Robispec rear pillow ball mounts or GC ones (if you still think I should not run the Teins I have)

3) Will a sleeping bag and a pillow work for your helper? Unfortunately, our 2nd guest room is still not furnished (much like our house) since we moved in recently!

4) Should I buy any certain beverages/food for everyone?

Robi -
Yeah I'm a slacker! Things have been f-ing crazy around here lately.

Do you have those parts with you? Where are you going after DSM? What day/time do you think you'd be able to do it? *IF* you are going East, maybe we could work something out in the Quad City area, otherwise I'll try to get down to Des Moines. I really want to have this done. Car only has 1k miles on it, and I don't want to ruin the factory tires due to crappy factory or "shop" alignment....

I wouldn't mind subbing in Swift springs as I really like the subtle drop they offer..... if this will work with your other parts let me know and I'll get some ordered and overnighted.....

Thanks!
Robb

PS - Drop me an email at rgonyer@mchsi.com I get those faster, otherwise a PM will be fine too.....

robb - Robert is headed to Ohio, so he will take I-80 East to Chicago, Indiana etc. I am unsure if he has an Illinois meet planned or not.

About the springs - He will be installing my swift MR springs. I have read great things about them. The works springs are also a good sub for the swift or elipsir

I am not sure when he will reach Des Moines. I work on saturday and this may prove to be an issue if he reaches early as he is currently planning to be here sunday onwards....

Hope this helps!

KC
