you cant call the teacher and truant officers on me, im in grad school! Was planning on visiting a friend going to UK in lexington and "borrowing" his garage full of tools to put on tbe and gauges and stuff and then shoot at crap off his back porch for a weekend full of fun away from the lab.

Gotta love shooting at stuff from the back porch. That is one of the reasons I like to go to my in-laws house. That and the pig smell.

The "official" meet there is in 2 weeks, you can stop by anytime you want, or call me, we can get together. we WILL hook up today. I am changing my oil line to the oil cooler (where the leak is), and then I am up for some "road-tuning" to get my A/F ratios tighter. I will give you a call in a bit.

 

Oh yeah, I have 700 orange cones in my garage, and we were looking for a huge parking lot to "drop" them on. we found one!

Umm crap, I'm originally from the Gary IN, area. Close to chicago. Now I'm in las vegas NV. Getting married next month and will be moving back to NW indiana.
Here in LV we have a 20-30 car turnout every thursday night. Lots of locals here racing the big V8's and kickin azz. We have track and drag events a few times a month.

I just bought a new IX for the "wife" and a used VIII for my daily driver. got a 530whp WRX that I race. (my wife races the IX) Am I going to be disappointed at the lack of evo group "adventures" when I return? For cripes sake, AMS is in Chicago, was looking forward to them tuning my VIII or her IX to beat my subie. So whats up with the NW Indiana or chicago chapter
