Hey guys I am a new proud owner of a 2005 WW Evo 8. Today the bank mails the check to Mitsu and tomorrow I pick it up.

I'm not new to the 4G63 as I have had a 1990 13.2 second white talon and a 1992 11.8 second black talon.

Just seeing what other Evo people are in the Des Moines area on this board. I see the nice large post a couple threads down, but thought I would say hi here.

Work and live up here now. No plans to go to NE anytime soon unless something decent is happening.

I see, how do you like the EVO compared to the DSMs you used to own? Much better ? Have any plans for it?

The evo is defiantly a much more refined ride then the 1st gen DSM's. But then again I was never able to own a 1st gen DSM only a year old with little to no miles.

No plans for it right now. I need to keep it under warranty for now so maybe some rims and call it a day untill I get it close to paid odd. Sucks to mod a car with a loan then have it break and still make payments along with having to fix it out of your own pocket.

That's a smart plan, I've kept mine pretty much stock for the last three years, that's probably going to change now that my warranty is up and I have a daily driver.
