actually i think eric from strictly is sending his out too.. you might want to get in on that so maybe we could get some sort of discounted pricing....

 

i hear that shep has been doing trannys since like 11 years old on tractors...or something...he explained the ups and down of 6 and 5 speed evo trannies. if i where to do it, i would go shep....

 

Yea actuallly hold on, cuz he said he'd give me a deal if i got like 3 trannies together to send, so contact Eric and ask him, because I'm gonna send mine out next week like monday probably, so if we all do it, i'm sure we can get a hell of a deal on them....

shep did my transfer case and I've had no problems at all with it so far.

the customer service was great and the downtime was minimal.

wow, such nice weather today but its supposed to rain over the whole weekend
so with such nice weather, thursday night meets at streeets for the last couple weekends have turned out great so far...im prob gonna stop by tonight with josh....anyone headin out?

 

so yea, just came back from streets, wow, never seen so many cars yet this season, A LOT, and ended up racing a RX-7 with an LT-1 Swap, and we were even and he beat me by 1/4 of a car literally...i would've killed him though if my tranny was better, 2nd gear resisted and ended up losing a good car length during the shift lol, can't wait 2 weeks from now when i finally get the shep trans!

i was supposed to race him so he started leavin and we were supposed to follow him and he just took off w/out tellin us when and where he was leavin...another day though....after my tranny rebuild though!

 

nice racing the lt-1 rx-7. I was ahead of him and he missed second cause the dude was a novice...LOL. Had he not missed 2nd i still would have had him. Not to mention my boost controller was set for 30 degree weather. I never got a chance to mess with it tonight so i was only running 19-20 psi. Not to shabby for that low of boost.
ended up racing my buddy steve's evo MR as well. He beat me by a car. But he also developed rod knock in the process. He was running 23-24 psi, would have been better if i was at the same boost level. Altought the ****ty part was when he got bact to streets and re-started his car.....rod knock...very bad!
