anyway, so I finally got the trans out after playin with the TOB and the wedge collar for a good 4 hours with my friend....biggest *****!!! but yea...sent it in a big box and put about 10 pounds of padding on tape on the box lol, went over the 150 pound limit, but the ups guy said it was fine.....so yea....my buddy jorge with that 240 got arrested for doin 130 in a 45 zone....got put in jail and had to bail and get car out of impound for total of 1 grand....not bad huh?

Id rather be at Autobahn anyhow. Whats going, track event? Are you driving? If its open to the public to spectate, I might go check it out. Its such a nice place.

Looks like there may be spots open you can do 2 or 3 days. It is a very nice track for sure.

 

Hmmm, look like I need to pay for membership to the Audi Club too. If the weather wasnt so iffy this weekend Id be more decisive. I still might show up to spectate. Ill keep a look out for you if I do.

 

Martin from AMS will be there also getting the rooky treatment I hope.

naw....i took out my tranny because i sent it to Shepherd for it to get built....i'll be out of it for about 2 weeks

and dan, which car you like better, the tb 03 VIII(mine) or the gg IX se....i'm guessin mine??

 

But there will be no racing this weekend some fast *** driving but no racing this event is billed as a Drivers School and Safety Seminar.

Edit: There may be racing on the South track Saturday and the North track Sunday, Audi club has the other.
