You can use Speed & Sounds low reading dyno and argue with their "tuner" about whether the Evo has closed loop boost control.

The "argument" didn't go far...Jarvis, the "tuner" for S&S, was going to show me the MAP sensor that the Evo uses for closed loop boost control. The sensor maxes out at 4lbs boost, but he can show you where it uses this for closed loop boost control.
