Are you the same guy i talked to at the last MM that also has a fast Laser?

 

What do you need to race? and how much would it cost to race or watch?

Like any other HPDE type of event, you really just need a capable car, a helmet and some clean brake fluid. Those would be the essentials.

I assume it's free to watch, you usually just have to sign a track waiver to get into the infield and get a wristband.

So let's see: STL Evo owners are reclusive, apathetic, indecisive, have an aversion to some wing sauces, and are photogenic only if they are blue-hued???

Any suggestions where? I seem to have a knack for picking places that don't want groups of cars and drivers congregating...

How about Kryptonite's idea of a Buffalo Wild Wings? Boomn' can just have corn dogs N,S,E,W County? Sat or Sun next week?

I know that Hooters location has alot of street racing enthusiasts Fri and Sat PM...not really in the mood to keep telling people, "I'm not here to race anyone...take it to the track...etc..."

 

Yep, it's known for that. (the street racing bs).

Doubt I can make it on a weekend night, usually always got something going on or am out of town. But whatever night we can get the most people together.

And I like Hooters (b'dubs sucks imo)

 

How about Hooters in Maryland Heights (Westport)??...different crowd (no street racers) there and we'll be less molested.

I was thinking more of an afternoon thing instead of night.

Any other input?

 

Are you talking this coming weekend? If so I won't be able to make that one. Have a wedding on Sat to go to and Sunday being fathers day is pretty much booked.
