An agent of Chicago Title does our refinances here in the office. Profit sharing. President's Club trip (Mexico this year). You can make a lot of money AND you don't have to rip off your customers with sky high rates and fees.

 

Not going to get into a pissing match, but we dont' charge any fees to the client (zero credit check charge, zero loan origination fees), lenders pay us. Thanks for the info though .
