Could you post up any more info on the car show afterwards. I'll be staying in Normal on Saturday night and might want to swing over to it. I went to it last year too, I just want to make sure its in that same mall parking lot.

The TCC is not at the same location it was at last year. Basically it is acrossed vetrans pwky from best buy. There is a new mall there. If you find von maur and target you are there. TCC is ok but a couple of other evo owners and my self are trying to get together a cruise. Just look for a grey mr, red evo viii and a blue evo viii with a carbon fiber hood at mod.

 

plan on leaving my house in dekalb at around 730am with a few other cars. so if u want to meet me here or somewhere on the way to normal. thats the plan.

its bout 120 miles. so almost 2 hrs legally. so i figure about 1.5 hrs. but if i plan for 730 we will leave anywhere between then and 8. u know how things go. never leave when u want to. plus might stop for breakfast. i wanna get there about the same time as everyone els from AMS so we can all park together.

 

R you guys planning on sticking around after the show? A couple of us locals want to get a cruise together later on in the day. Let me now if you r interested

 

just so you know i sorta changed the times the convoy from AMS is leaving. not sure if you saw that post. orignally i mentioned leaving at 7:30. it has now changed to leave no later then 7:15 (hopefully). i know 15 mins doesn't seem like much of a difference, but i'm hoping it'll end out working in my favor. i made dyno list for right at 10am and they ask you'll there 15 mins prior to your scheduled dyno time.

btw where are you gunna be hoping on about? so we can try and plan u and whomever else joining in the convoy from AMS if you like. you know my cell too.

how much are they charging for dyno pulls?? is the list full yet?

 

dyno is free... but the list is full. you had to send terry shull a email awhile ago saying you wanted to be considered for the dyno list. it took terry over a month to get back to me but the list has been set for a couple of weeks now.

if you look back in the thread you will see the line up for the dyno list. 6 people total, me being first in line.

 

I plan on getting into Normal around 3:00 / 4:00, anyone want to hang out I will be at the Days Inn on the main strip just off of 55.

Ok, well plans are officially changed. Some things have come up and I won't be able to come. I am very upset about this but what can you do. Its life. Hopefully I will go next year and from the looks of things I might be living in Kenosha, WI by then which is about 3 or 4 miles north of Chicago.
