I didn't get to see it run though, but there were some fun cars there. There was a limo with a jet engine that ran a 7-second pass at over 200 mph! Most of my guys were in the car show, but one of our cars, the black Prelude, was running. He ran a 13.6 - another car we welcome into the 13-second club in our team. I was disappointed to see the red NSX run only a 14.6 cuz I ran a 14.5 in my piece of junk Eclipse with a 50-shot of nitrous! There were other proven 12-second cars there that were only running 13s for some reason. Maybe it was too hot for turbo cars today. I dunno. Anyway, it was awesome. I plan to run my Evo at the next GLD before BOTI. See you all there! Peace!

I saw that car also, when I talked to him he had run a 14.50 something but I think it was his first pass. The car pulled a 2.17 60' witch seems kinda slow. I know he made a handfull of runs!

This import war was a blast pleanty of awsome cars but a disapointing show in the quick 16 plus myself loosing to Underdog ahhh I'll get him yet this year.

 

Those numbers are way off. Maybe it was because of the heat out that day? It was really hot and you know heat is a turbo's enemy. Anyway, I saw the cars for the quick 16. I was actually in the quick 16 pit when that jet limo made a pass. Which car were you?
