Registration....I'm not sure if I understand correctly....but to register a car in NYS - it's no more than 35-40 dollars.

Shouldn't be anymore in Colorado.

here in ca, the cost of registration depends on how much you paid for the car.

Example: i told the dmv i bought my car for $5000, they charged me ~$140 to register it.

well here in cali, they've just recently pass a law that will raise our regestration fee like atleast 200% or something like that of what were were paying. sucks huh. like from $80 to 250.00 damn thats too much

It all depends where your at. Out here in vegas it cost me over $500 with all of our insane taxes.
