any guys here goto schaumburg mitsu for warranty work? and if so, how mod friendly are they if at all?

 

Call and ask for Jeff Bishop in sales. he sold me my Evo and has a lightly modded AMS evo himself.

 

haha actually he sold me mine too. he gave me a card for ams when i bought it and said if i needed anything to tell them he sent me...but ive been too afraid to mod since ive already had warranty work done twice since owning it.

 

Don't even bother.

 

I'm surprised, because the service manager is a D**K and has tried voiding many of my friend's warranties, they're super strict, tried denying because of a K&N filter..not even a pipe!

 

Dont go there, they voided my transsmission warranty with out even even looking at my trans.

The service guys are a bunch of ******.

My GSX has been there plenty of times and that's hella modded .

 

countryside mitsubishi..ive had warranty work done there and they even replaced my wheelbearing when i was the one who messed it up 2 brembos and the wing replaced all under warranty

 

damn..thats a bit of a cruise for me but if theyll replace my brakes under warranty then itd be worth it for sure as it looks like i already need new brakes

 

bought my evo at schaumburg but will never go there.....always been going to Biggers even if i have to drive a liitle more
