A new TOB comes with the Stage 2 so I would see no reason why they wouldnt have installed it. Lack of lubrication on the fork pivot pin or area inside the TOB where it slides along the tube around the input shaft could make a squeeking noise.

I'm sure most of the squeaking can be attributed to the disk material, usually cerametallic are much noisier than organic disks.

update 6 months later!

the grinding noise is still there and i assume its a bad throw out bearing...its getting worse but im getting use to it...i adjusted the clutch up slightly and helped slightly but still grinds alot only on take off......would getting a extended slave cylinder rod help any??
