whats the status of the dyno at the porsche dealership????

 

Ok it is on my list of things to do for Wednesday.

 

Ok I have confirmation that the dyno is up and running. The price per car is $150 w/ wideband logging for an unlimited number of pulls.

I will call Shiv to get schedule information. At that time I would like to repost in the Evo General forum to get the maximum visibility. My plan is to review the postings to date in this thread and include those names which indicated interest. Obviously if you want your name removed, now would be a good time to make this known.

With respect to logistics assume a Saturday. For 10 cars I would expect (based upon other tuning days) that the event will run all day into early evening. Plan on spending much of your day in the queue but we can try to schedule things to some extent. Also I have not costed a lift, thus any other equipment (exhaust, etc) needs to be installed prior to the tuning day.

I'm still in. Right now I am having isues with the Xede but Shiv is helping me out over the net. I'm having a high boosting problem. I hope he can come

 

$150 is a good price for unlimited pulls. Is there an overhead charge by shiv? When are we looking to set this up? Soon or next spring? or were we looking for a winter date? I need to know when i need to order the rest of the stage 1 products... thanks again strat

 

If you don't want to tune the XEDE, shoot me an email (shiv@vishnutuning.com) and I can give you another map to download. But I need more info to go on. What RPM is the overboost occurring at? What map you are currently running?

Awsome! My car still is still in the shop (was still waiting on one last part...) but should be back on the road in a week or so.
