I don't ever see anyone setting up any meets that are around the Omaha, NE or Des Moines area...I'm in Omaha, NE right now and would like to go to some meets but they all seem to be in Illinois and that's about it. C'mon Nebraska / Iowa people let's get some sort of meet set up!!

There are. I know there are at least half a dozen EVO owners around Omaha that are fairly active in the tuner scene. I'll PM you some info.

Yeah, when i made this post i didn't know about midwestevos.com . I've been on that site now since about August. My car actually won the MOTM in August Thanks though man, we still need to set up some sort of meet with the local group though....never here of any meets going on in this area...

I tried setting a meet up a few months back and got a decent sized DSM one going. One problem though, it had to take place in Omaha and it was too far for me to actually make it that weekend that worked for nearly everyone else. I'm sure with the proper advertising we could get at least 30 DSMs/EVOs together. That would be one heck of a meet for Nebraska!

well damn...that would have been a good meet to go to. maybe after the winter season we can try to set up something up and hopefully can get the 30 cars or so to show up to it. And I go by the same name on MWE also. I haven't posted on the in awhile but its the same name.

i put a deposit on my first evo earlier this morning, will be heading to wisconsin to pick it up hopefully in the next week or so

Same location...west O. Unfortunately I don't drive an Evo, I could only wish. I drive a 09 WW GTS right now.

 

I'm back into an Evo - there are a good number of Evo owners in Omaha though.

 

Well we need to get a small winter meet set up sometime soon. It'd be cool to meet some Mitsu car people around the Omaha area....
