Dial-IN! Stock Turbo BEAST ready for 10's!

Thats what a 1.58 60ft looks like

First off
Big Thanks to
Strictly Modified
for helping me out with great deals on parts.
Kunal (KUNiiiZZZEEE Dial-IN!)
for doing an excellent job with tuning my car.
Update 8/30/09
Alright, i went to the track today with my new clutch and these r the results that i am soon to practice on
Let me first start off my saying that before todays race i went under alot of work lol
I installed a new clutch (quarter master), intake manifold spacer(head barrier), rear diff / driveshaft bushings and a new evo 9 turbo hotside.
I found out my evo 9 hotside had a nice big crack in it

Well i got the car finished in time and off we went to the track.
My first run i completely bogged out the car lol, the quarter master clutch is an art to get used to.
Second run, my shifter linkage cable came off and i missed 3rd gear which lead me to coast the rest of the way down the track

On my 3rd run which was the best i ran a 11.3 @ 120 mph..with a 1.64 60ft
First off i beat my previous time but i was kinda bumbed about my 60ft. With my last clutch my best was a 1.4 60ft, But in all the reason y there r stil hi is because today was my first day driving on a quartermaster let alone launching one.
slip

I need to get my 60fts down like my previous time lol
The car
(She aint all show )

Alright guys, this thread is meant for everyone who has supported me
and my Evo VIII. I bought the car basically stock with few
modifications and six months later, the car has transformed into
something entirely different! After being in the "scene" with this
car, I have met tons of people and made plenty of new friends; I have
spent lots of time and dedication towards this car and I will continue
to reach my goal of owning a "Fast Evo".
My Goal:
My goal was to push the stock IX turbo as hard as I possibly could and
see where I can go with it; I wanted to see if I could crack into the
10's. I planned on accomplishing this goal by utilizing the stock
block with full interior street trim. Over the next couple weeks I am
going to change a few misc things in the car and hopefully achieve my
goal.

Bridgestone Potenza RE-01r's 245/40/17 (super stiff sidewall, amazing I cut the
60' I did) on 17x9.5 Enkei RPF-1's.
.....tuned on E-85@26psi by Kunal.
Just recently I went to the track as I was super excited with the E-85
tune and after four passes netted my best time was of 11.4xx @ 116.xx
mph! This is exciting because I was bouncing off the 4th gear limiter
WELL before the end of the quarter mile (atleast a good 5-6 car
lengths). Soon Kunal is going to re-adjust my tune to see if we can
sort out the bugs and crack into the 10's.
Currently my fastest time slip:

Breakdown:
+ .3110 Reaction
1.5738 60ft
4.7080 330 ft
7.3290 1/8 ET
92.95 1/8 MPH
9.5789 1000' ET
11.4818 1/4 ET
116.84 MPH
Video of a 11.5 run!

Once again, big thanks to everybody who has helped me get where my car
and I are today!

Gread Lakes Dragway ( http://www.greatlakesdragaway.com/ ) holds real street drags (RSD) once a month, its basically anything goes drag or street racing on the track, side bets etc. They turn the clocks off too so you're the only one that sees your time on the slip.
Good job jeremy, 100% full awsomeness. Kunal is the man his tuning cannot be beat.
its all about the helix ported O2 housing. That is what got you there LOL.

all that and still a MBC? someone needs a GM 3 port and ECU-controlled boost
are you running TephraMods? NLTS could help your time out.
edit: I really like the wheels, is that the special brilliant coating? and, are you really running 245 tires on a 9.5" wheel? I ran a 245/40 of the same tire on a 8" RPF1, and would have gone 255 if they were in stock... why have a 9.5" wheel and put on a tire made for a 8.5" one?
