Any news on the illinois window tint laws????

 

Pretty much everywhere it's no more than 50% tint which is nothing... Some city's follow the tint laws more than others. good luck.

 

illinois allows any % tint for the back doors and window. absolutely no tint whatsoever on the front windows. *unless its for a medical reason with approval from an MD. and i believe they allow a 6 inch window tint banner for the windshield

 

He's asking about the stuff in this thread: there's a change of law on the governor's desk right now that makes front tint legal under certain circumstances.

No, there hasn't been any update yet on that; the bill is still marked as Sent to the Governor.
