OT: Brazilian steakhouses

hey everyone...

planning to take the family out to one of these fine places...Personally, I've only to Texas de Brazil in Schaumburg (after being fed up of waiting at Fogo de Chao in downtown)...I'm definitely set to return there bc they're selection was awesome! but, just wanted to see your guys' opinions on the other places as well...i.e. Brazazz, and the one out in Orland Park (dunno the name)

After prviously trying to put together a GTG at zed 451(I think it was) in Schaumpton, I gave up and only deal with fogo now. . . it does suck not being able to make reservations though, but IMO it's well worth the wait, even if you only go for the salad bar.

I love the brunch specials in downtown. But once in a while I get those coupons from texas too.

Not a big difference between Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil, though I prefer Fogo de Chao. Can't go wrong with either really. There is a place on North Avenue in the burbs called Churrasco, though, and I would HIGHLY advise against going there. God-awful meat compared to the other ones.

went to texas de brasil that sunday, and man i wish i wasn't so sick! I still managed to scarf down 2 rounds of meat, and that buffet is awesome! I definitely wish I could make the trip to fogo, but they're always packed! If you use the reservation option online, do they seat you right away?
