just a little up-date on my car, my fp red took a dump after two years of abuse. luckly engine is still fine and i bought a stock 9 turbo from a member here and Boostin performance fixed me up and car was onjy down three days ! coulda been only two if not for shipping. anyways, this engine has been thru a broken cam( minor valve damage) and now a blown turbo and it still runs like a top this engine uses like no oil !!!! and that is very comforting to know when you daily a built engine. once again hats off to Boostin Performance.

p.s. its real fun rockin the stocker, but i need my red back asap

well, car has like 134,000 over 90,000 on BP built 2.0, engine was built close to 5 years ago by Devin, driven every day 95 miles round trip.engine uses very little oil, it has been ten seconds and 11.3@126 at its daily driven tune and runs like a top. in the five years of life of this engine power level has been in the 410hp to 470hp mustang dyno range and it hasn't been babyd engine has out lasted two fp red turbos, broken m2 intake cam, along with a couple bent valves, and two clutches and still going strong.

to be honest it was so long ago, I don't really remember. but it was broken in with break-in oil and a couple of short interval oil changes and some variation of speed driving to let every seat. and then it was my first 10 sec pass second run (thanks again Devin) and she still running great, uses very little oil after almost 100,000 miles, two turbos , two clutchs a broken cam and counting.

thanks, I really didn't know what to expect with a built engine, in regards to how long it was gonna last. with drag racing the crap out of it and driving it every day to work and also many trips for work out of state. and when your car is always running good its real hard to stay out of boost! ive used a few different oils over the years but mostly vr1 20/50 I don't drive it every winter anymore but when it starts to get cold round here then its 10/40 its been in heated storage since end of nov. cause this winter is down rite retarded and its not coming out til they fix the three trillion pot holes we now have......... and more snow in the forskin, shoot me now
alaska had nicer weather then we did. wtf

sorry for the dribble

car is up to 98,000 miles give or take, on same Boostin Performance built 2.0 and still running strong! driven every day. still using about a quart between changes sometimes a little more depending on how hard I drive it, but it still uses less oil than the buschur built engine I had when it was NEW! I really must say car runs as good as it did 5 years ago and I owe it all to BP for the great service and up keep of my car.... I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else, if you paid me!

104,000 miles and still running same as ever... great. using a little more than a quart between oil changes. which is still less than it did when I had buschur build it! in 07 and it only lasted like 40,000 , since then the only ones touching my car is and will be Boostin Performance for very good reason.. AND I WANNA SAY ITS NICE TO KNOW THE GUYS WORKING ON MY CAR BUILT THE ENGINE IN THE RED DEMON. THE FASTES 2G ON THE PLANET.... AND AFTER MANY 7 SEC. PASSES STILL HOLDING TOGETHER..... THATS SAYING ALOT!!!!!!!!!! said it many times before, been to buschur, been to ams, and they ainT got nuttin on BOOSTIN PERFORMANCE..... CONGRATS AGAIN ON THE WIN IN ORLANDO, TO DEVIN, THE RED DEMON AND HIS CREW CHIEF, (his better half).

engine is up to roughly 110,000 miles and still running great! uses about a quart every 1,200-1,500 miles depending how hard I drive it. compression and leak down tests were pretty damn good considering it was built in 2008. still drive it every day, runs GREAT.

Good to hear that your car is still running strong. Taking your advise & going to Boostin for a tune. Just need to install the injectors that I bought from them to finish up my FP Red project.
