Heh, it got rained out so I didn't go. I ended up rotating the tires, doing an oil change and mounting the xm receiver under the seat instead to get ready for Gingerman 
I'm not gonna have time to do the reflash so I'll have to test that out in July. Oh and uh, I'll be picking up another set of wheels with R compounds Saturday

I ran into a huge gaggle of street racers at Sonic on SE 14th on Saturday night. I drove through but was a little nervous to stop being myself.
Would be kick *** to get our Evo's out there in a group. I'm not looking to get hooked up with the trouble instigators, but I wouldn't mind 3rd gear pulls on Hwy 5 just for fun

Heh, no street racing for me anymore, (I got a 95 in a 35 in west des moines while street racing).
We should all get together though. Saturday Aug 27th me and a few others are going to cedar falls drag strip. Would be cool if we could get the Iowa evo's out there!

It's possible to power slide with 4 people in the evo... was at an rsx meet yesterday

Brian you know you liked the drag strip. We had a lot of fun with the rsx's. The AEI event was a ton of fun. But I need to get back to the strip one more time to see what a few goodies installed on the car will do

nah, it was fun, but track days own 1/4 so much... no comparison
lemme know, i'll get you the info for the club, or you can run with nasa, which i think i'll end up doin more of next year, you're more than welcome to stay here if ya make a run down here. i'm a little over an hr away, might spend the night at the track ( hotel on site ) but then drive back.
