Is any one attending the NASA event this weekend at roebling? I am going down to do a little pre-testing for the tuner shootout and run in the TT. Trying to get the suspension sorted out a little .

 

Wish I could... I've been dying to get to an event there. This weekend is my girlfriend's birthday, can't do it...

 

I may be there, looks like we are going to go toe to toe before CMP (Evo Shoot-Out). It depends on how the tires look when they get here.

 

I'll be there working grid (work for credit, yes I'm a poor college student). Hopefully see some of you all there.

What tires are you getting? You should come out no matter what the tires look like, I'm going to be running some hoosiers I found in the trash pile

 

RA1's, and I REALLY want to come, but I am going to be in AZ working all week (home is NC), and the wife may put the kibosh on it. I will see.

I do look forward to finally meeting you, after hearing Leh and Jon talk so highly of you. I will be the fat guy in the Evo . (probably snacking on a twinkie).

What kind of times you expecting from Roebling? I did some math, and got like 1:22's, but that is too hopeful for me.

 

I hope you can make it. I know of a couple zo6 vettes we need to beat up on I don't want to be the only "family" car there lol. As far as lap times, last time I was there on the used hoosiers I was circulating at mid 23's. I think a low 23 would be possible if I went out with the tires cooler and pulled one lap. This time I will have the coilovers so I hope to pick up a second or so with the stiffer springs. I was running the hotchkiss springs and rear bar before. The car would scrub the door handles in the corners
