This is what I use to clean. Just make sure it's not too dirty when you use it and don't put any pressure down when you wipe off as you can cause unnecessary scratches.

The car runs rich, so you will be getting a lot of soot stuck to your bumper and trunk area.
Static electricity plays a minimal role in why dirt, soot, and dust accumulates in the rear area of a car, as the below poster states, if this were the case, you would get accumulation on all paint surfaces, since static is not "static"
and stays in one place, it would be uniform around all surfaces of the paint.
What plays a major role is the path wind takes as it traverses your car. Mini vortexes are generated right behind your car as your drive, causing any dirt to be picked up and slapped right on your car (especially on the horizontal surfaces of your bumper).
There is really nothing you can do except wipe it off.
I do not recommend using any type of spray wax, as these do not have enough lubricity in them to deter you from causing micro-scratches and marring of the paint.
Use what I placed above. A 32X concentrated water-less wash that you just spray on your car when it has a light amount of dirt, let it sit for 5 minutes, then using a clean towel, wipe it off gently. Keep using a clean side of the towel so as to not wipe on any brake dust, soot, dirt on the paint and scratch it. Plenty of towels are needed for this.
There are some other waterless washes out there that are also nice in which you use a bucket of water and a sponge with an ounce or two of this product in the water. So instead of spraying it on the vehicle, it's in a bucket that you wash the car with gently. Optimum No Rinse (ONR) is one that I can think of off the top of my head.

First of all, this thread should be in the detailing section, not in the Evo X general section. As for the back of the car getting dirty, that is normal. My son has a WW 2011 GSR and I have an OB 2011 GSR. Static electricity at the back of the car will cause dust to collect on the bumper area. And, when it is raining or snowing, the sides of the car and rear take a beating.
You have not mentioned what kind of weather conditions that you are experiencing. My son and I both wash our cars a couple times a week during the summer. There are spray detailers out there that will mitigate dust accumulation. Just make sure to gently wipe the rear of the car with microfiber towels after spraying the detailing spray. Sadly, white seems to show the dirt worse than any other color. I have had cars of all colors including black, but white seems to be the worst. You should see what my son's Evo looks like after a wash and detail and then a drive for an hour or so. We have to redetail the car.
