How does the SST respond to left foot braking?

Has anyone auto-x'd or tracked the Evo MR yet? If you have and left foot brake, I'm wondering if the SST still shifts predictably under aggressive driving.

I think that's the point for "super sport" mode.

This is a good question that wasn't addressed initially. Was there any input on to the performance under left foot braking? Did the tranny get "confused" and upshift instead of downshift, etc?

Good question. The Volkswagen/Aud DSG cuts the throttle when you left foot brake.

I heard that the sst tranny heats up if u do a lot of left foot breaking on the track , thats one disadvantage of the sst. I also heard that some tuning power houses are working on a tranny oil cooler to help prevent that.

don't LFB on the SST is Mitsu's response. There's a multi-page thread on it.
