Wrong transmission. The Evo X MR has the 6DCT470 TRANSMISSION not the 6DCT450 TRANSMISSION.

The 6DCT470 TRANSMISSION is rated 470nm max torque.
Its 470nm or 346 lb/ft at the crank...which is a max of around 290 to the wheels. And it is Electronically limited to that and will go into limp mode to protect itself.
Which means I probably will have to think twice (at least sleep on it) about picking up my car i just bought on Friday. I'm sure in time there will be an upgrade but I bet it will cost a fortune.
I also have a problem paying 41k for a car that can be beaten by a 23k Cobalt SS.

Not bad. Adding the synthetic added 7-8 hp at the wheels, and the drop in filter added 15 to the wheels.
Not a bad idea to get an MR, switch to synthetic and a high flow filter, and add 23 hp to the wheels, all in warranty with basic maintenance items and no transmission hick-ups.
Many cars would be hard pressed to find those kind of gains and make power so easy.

Yeah at this stage I'm not sure it's a huge worry, and worst case you can always find a way to limit boost in the 3500-5000 range so that you reduce the largest surge of torque from hitting the SST transmission. That would still let you keep the top end pull of a larger turbo and most of the performance benefits.
