RA tranny issues, possible slippage?

I have 25k miles on my 09 lancer ralliart. Tues for the first time I took it to the drag strip to get my quarter mile time. I did 6 runs no problem, but on my 7th and final when I shifted from 2nd to 3rd my car stopped accelerating. I then shifted into 4th and it picked up again. I didn't think much of it until this happened again today on the highway when I was shifting from 4th into 5th and in 5th it stopped accelerating. I'm confused as to what this could be, my mods are in my sig. Any help/solutions is greatly appreciated. Also no CEL or SES light came up. Hopefully it's just me being paranoid and not a major issue.

I had (sold my Ralliart) AMS Intake, FMIC, UICP, boost pill, stage 2 tune. I change my motor oil every 3k, and was about to change my transmission oil when this happened.

I think the MR has a stronger transmission overall.

It was likely due to heat if you are on the stock fluid without a cooler. The factory cooler does nothing about heat between runs at the drag strip. At the very least I would get a Spal fan and rig it up on a swithch. If you want your SST to have decent service life under terrible abuse, I would buy the SSP trans cooler for the evo, and the synthetic fluid for it. I beat the living hell out of mine, and it never over heats. But before I had those parts on mine, it would over heat when it was basically a stock car.
