TC-SST ticking noise while coasting (2nd gear)

TC-SST ticking noise while coasting (2nd gear)
Has anyone else noticed a sound like ticking or turning a ratchet when coasting in 2nd and maybe 4th?
I only hear it after its fully warmed up, and not all the time... If i'm just cruising say through a quiet neighborhood and I gently accelerate say half way through second then completely left of the gas to coast i can hear what kind of sounds like a ratchet turning.
I've asked the dealer, they took it out and said they can't duplicate my problem. BTW trans was already replaced in my car at 45 000km, this one has about 10 000km on it.

Not 100% sure I bought it used (unaware the trans was just replaced), what i got from the dealer was that the previous owner was very "****" and one of the shifts had "a bit of a shudder".
Whatever the reason the guy off loaded it right after he got it back... he drove it for a year and lost at least $15k
