dude can you pm or post here why exactly you're lookign for a theft recovery VIII as a track car? is it going to be the Con-Evo? do you really save that much money? cheers

My X MR is actually back up for sale though . Wanna get a house now.

The reason I want a theft recovery is because how much cheaper they are. You can get them with stripped interior for $5-$8k. I'll end up gutting the interior anyway for the track (new seats, harness bar, harnesses, etc). Usually there isn't a lot of damage, and were driven just as hard as their clean title counterparts with similar miles. Gotta keep expenses down with a track car, you can always go into a wall and total the car. It's too expensive to insure the car every track day (insurance runs around $200 a day).

migs, did you ever put a trans cooler on your car? i looked at one of my old threads on evoxforums, and since so many people were asking about mine, i made a how to, id post link but this site wont let me, i guess cuz its another evo forum
