Strange transmission behavior

Hey guys, I've got a strange tranny problem,

previously the car was running ok but needed some work (some upgrades and boost leaks)

anyway the batt. went dead from sitting around too long and then I removed it charged it and reinstalled it.

anyway the car has a very strange problem

it has full boltons plus a HKS GTII 7460R turbo, injectors, 264 cams, etc

and an EVC-S boost controller

when u drive the car everything is fine.. and when u boost.. anything upto 13 psi is ok..

as SOON as you hit 14 psi the Clutches open up and the car free Revs for a second, u let off the gas and let the revs drop.. clutches engage and the car drives and shifts fine once again

it doesn't matter what gear or rpm u're in..

as soon as it hits 14psi BOOM it opens up once again..

I reflashed the stock map to the car and it is still doing the same thing

the car doesn't throw any codes or anything.. if u set the boost controller at 13psi u'd never know there's something wrong with the car

what could be causing the problem?

is it one of the stock solenoids freaking out? map sensor? is it something SST specific?

the problem is extremely annoying.. any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks!

Please contact Jeremy Rohrs at SSP. I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is....he can direct you to the solution.

Just for everyone else, definitely over boosting or over torque (in case anyone has the same issues).

Also, for future reference, NEVER put back a stock tune on a fully built car. You crazy guy??? Haha.

So was it actually running 28+ psi or was it really only running 14 psi and you had some odd settings in your tables that the SST didn't like?
