Sst failure due to fog lights ?

I have to say , this past few weeks ive been frustrated with my Mitsubishi dealership. Please excuse me if theres a threat about this already, but i had to express my conerns.

After my inspection with the dealer, i drove it on supersport mode on the way home , my tranny failed on me, started to stall, tranny light came on , and started to leak. Got it toll and next day the dealer decided to charge me $600 bucks because my after market fog light was clamped to the tranny hose? I was like what!!?? How's that possible for a fog light to pulled a hose after two years of having it ???

Therefore, i paid and dealer said is all good! So, i drove it on supersport mode on the way home, my tranny fails again!! I turned it off and let it cool down for a few minutes, turned it back on and drove home slowly. Next day, took it to the dealer on normal mode , car was perfect. The dealer ran some test, they believe i need a new tranny, fluid , gears and i am looking about $1800 to $4,500 to get the job done. They refuse to cover it on my warranty because due to the previous report ( due to fog light )

I am thinking to take this to the next level, getting a lawyer, report to the better business Bureau, and so forth. Can anyone help me out here and explain is this possible?

I do not own an SST Evo X, so I am not sure if there are any hoses in SST equipped vehicle. Uploading some pictures here would definitely get you more answers and I would HIGHLY recommend you to call Kozmic motorsports as they are SST experts.

Go to another dealer. Their being little bishes. Unless its some kind of abuse or heavily modded it should be covered. I got mines replaced a few years ago, basic bolt-ons.

One dealer denied me and threaten me saying my warranty void (Triplex never go there).
This dealer also, wanted to upsell me on a trade in for a EVO SE by preying on my situation. This is the same dealer I purchased the car from.

Another dealer helped me, they were mod friendly and replaced my transmission (Prestige, the best). I go there for major service now. I will probably buy a car from them if they had something I liked they are a subaru/mitsubishi dealer.
